At Mooloolaba Hair, our aim is very simple. We ensure that all clients experience 100% satisfaction through our extensive experience and skilled, friendly staff. 

If you are not 100% happy with the service you receive, let us know within 7 days and complete our “not happy form”. Whether you want us to get it 100% right (free of charge) or you simply want a full refund, the choice is yours. 

We use and recommend Keune products, which can be used both in the salon and at home. Look out for our monthly specials, samples and free gifts with purchases!

 To enhance our service to you, we will: 

• Reduce your treatment cost by 50% if we need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice (due to staff illness, etc.)
• Send an SMS reminder a few days prior to your appointment. 

To help you receive the best possible treatment, we ask that: 

• You come a few minutes early to enjoy a frothy cappuccino and chocolate!
• 24 hours notice is give prior to cancelling an appointment (otherwise you will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service)
